yaired.
“This is most delicious,” Iroh said, and from the look on his face Touya could tell that he really meant it. “Where did you learn to cook like this?”
“Dad taught me a bit,” he replied, “and then there were all the jobs at restaurants...”
“Ah, I see. That's a very nice kind of job. I used to have a tea house back in Ba Sing Se. It was very enjoyable.”
Touya didn't ask where was Ba Sing Se, or anything else for that matter. Between the powers he used to have and his family's weirdness, he was used to meeting strange people. Besides, this guy kept talking about taking 'a wrong turn somewhere in the Spirit World', which really did explain a lot.
“Yeah, it's not bad,” he said, at a loss for words and trying to make time until the others returned. The plushie and Yue had been sure about where to look for help, but they insisted on taking only Sakura and told his father that he shouldn't approach 'that witch' for any reason whatsoever. The poor man had gone to work quite confused and wondering aloud what had Clow done to warrant such anger. The Guardians, Touya noticed, had very pointedly changed the subject.
“I guess we have a few hours all to ourseulves,” Iroh mused, obviously noticing he was uncomfortable. Then he grinned. “Do you play pai sho?”
Touya smiled slightly, relieved.
“I can learn.”

Utterly, utterly charming and brilliant and OH we need Fujitaka/Yuuko like WHOA now.
Um, in other words, I like.

I just can't ship Fujitaka with anyone other than Nadeshiko, but Fujitaka-Yuuko interaction would be love. I'm just waiting to get real answers from HOLiC, then I'm setting the plot bunnies loose...

OMG CLARO QUE PUEDE
*fangirlea*
¡El twist con el mundo espiritual, y Touya como anfitrión, y Fujitaka con ese toque de despiste! x33333 ¡Iroh, siempre intentando que la gente se sienta a gusto! *fangirlea un poquito más*
¡Gracias!
